Ever wonder what 12lbs of honey looks like? Well here it is!12 pounds of raw honey from Utah! It was available through Bountiful Baskets, and it seemed like a good deal! Honey never goes bad, and it's a super food that contains flavonoids! Plus, there's SO many uses! It can be used in tea, coffee, dressings, sauces, on/in baked goods, in beauty recipes, the list goes on.
I bought this suuuuuper cute honey pot to keep refilling. I think filling it is going to get pretty interesting. The honey is quite crystallized, so I was able to transfer globs of it into my honeypot. Then, I microwaved the honeypot for about a minute, and the honey became nice and smooth. I'm drinking some in my iced coffee right now, and it's awesome!
